The lamp utilizes Henningsen’s iconic three-shade system, originally developed in 1925, which ensures even light distribution. Its shades are crafted from mouth-blown, three-layer opal glass, directing most of the light downward while providing a soft, diffused glow. The design draws on the principles of the logarithmic spiral, which helps eliminate shadows and harsh glare, making it ideal for creating a comfortable atmosphere in any setting. The sleek metal base comes in black, brass or high-lustre chrome finishes.
