- A box spring may not be required If your bed foundation already has a supportive slat or platform system, but it can still be used to increase the overall height of your bed.
- Our box spring is actually a solid wooden foundation; it doesn’t contain any springs. It’s padded, meaning that there are no gaps between the wooden slats, providing support that prevents the mattress from sagging between the slats. This feature is required by some mattress warranty policies.
- Also available in 7 inch high, and 2 inch.
- The price for the split foundation (Box Spring Queen or King) is for the 2 boxes together, not for each half.
