Solo or in a group (mix with the smaller version, also at A+R), the sturdy Around Coffee Table strikes a balance between the honesty of Scandinavian design tradition and a charmingly modern flair. The distinct silhouette is realized by specific material application: the frame edge is ash plywood; tabletop made from plywood and legs are solid ash. Designer Thomas Bentzen sought a style that was both friendly and graceful; we’ll add joyful to the mix with the addition of the pop of yellow available as an option.A former designer at the celebrated Louise Campell Studio, Thomas set out on his own in 2010 as well as co-founded the design collective Remove. He realized the Around Coffee Duo for Danish brand Muuto.
