Designer Silvia Ceña adapts her minimalist dining table to an expandable version, with an extension leaf handily stored underneath the tabletop when not needed. Piezas (or “pieces” in Silvia’s native Spanish) features an embedded natural oak top slotted into its slender metal frame with the apparent ease of a child’s toy. But its knowing mix of elevated materials and confident clean lines underscore a refined presence.
