Designers Mats Broberg and Johan Ridderstråle juxtapose an elegantly slim lacquered-metal frame with a base in jaw-dropping white Carrara marble or black granite. For customization, solid brass hat knobs and clothing hooks can be added. And a riotous range of colors, including blue, violet and orange, perhaps reflects the lighthearted genius of its exuberant namesake, French cinema icon Jacques Tati.
