Originally designed for 1947’s Finland House exhibit in New York, Paavo Tynell’s pendant remains timeless. With A1965, the designer combines both his signature perforated brass artisanship and mechanical finesse, with a unique mechanism to raise and lower the lamp to different heights. The light is diffused downwards through frosted glass, for a glare-free and gentle glow.
