Refined and elegantly minimal, legendary Danish architect Arne Jacobsen’s signature AJ52 Society Table is the very essence of clean-lined functionality. Created for the American-Scandinavian Foundation’s New York office in 1952, the desk is made of solid and veneer oak or walnut and steel and the tabletop is covered with fine leather that reveals the slimline stainless-steel frame’s legs at the corners. Additional storage is thoughtfully incorporated in the wooden drawer unit suspended below the tabletop.
