Topped with a lavishly plump cushioning, designer Gabriella Crespi’s lounge chair has a generous 115 degree incline to encourage even deeper relaxation. From her jet-set Bohemian 72 collection, lengths of stacked cane are steamed and bent by hand to form the base of the seating in the naturalistic style she espoused, tinged with Eastern influences. Crespi’s take on indoor-outdoor living — first conceived for her own Milan home — has been reproduced by Gubi from her original working drawings.
This collection can live outdoors, but only under a covered patio and protected from rain or wind.
