The Clam Chair by Dagmar Design is a faithful reissue of the iconic 1944 creation by Danish designer Arnold Madsen. Originally conceived in Copenhagen, the chair’s unique, rounded shape mimics the appearance of a clam, earning it the name “Muslingstol.” Crafted using a blend of traditional joinery and modern CNC milling, the chair is available with a solid beech wood frame and armrests in European oak or American walnut. Upholstered in luxurious sheepskin or fabric, it combines comfort with high-end craftsmanship, making it a standout piece in both residential and commercial interiors.
