Architect Alvaro Siza Vieira’s innovative reading lamp for BD Barcelona extends its shaded light into any setting via a long attenuated arm that seems lighter than air. Modulating the illumination, a pair of adjustable fine-aluminum wings painted matte silver-grey bracket the dimmable LED module at the apex of the chromed linear aluminum structure.
