Description
Verner Panton’s penchant for futuristic shapes meets free-form comfort in his suspension lounge chair. Flying High (circa 1964) hangs from the ceiling and its height can be adjusted to accommodate varied seating/reclining positions. The legendary designer’s half-shell seating is crafted from a molded plywood form and supporting steel frame sheathed in foam, with nylon suspension ropes and steel fittings.
