Worthy of its namesake Roman playwright, Miniforms€™ splendid dining table offers a wealth of surface choices, numbering genuine marble, ceramic faux patterns and varied wood treatments. Monoplauto riffs on the characteristic leaf-shaped wooden legs of its sibling Plauto, enlarged as a single pedestal at the center. Designers Paolo Cappello and Simone Sabatti’s adaptation assumes monolithic importance, highlighting the whole repertoire of its finely crafted shapes: flat, curved and pointed.
