Geometry meets art in Palette, Jaime Hayon’s left brain/right brain table design. Likening it to one of Alexander Calder’s kinetic mobiles, the Spanish designer balances different shapes at varying heights for “a feeling of motion in a static object.” In a moody mix of luxurious materials—polished brass, Nero Marquina marble and inky stained ash veneer. Says &Tradition’s brand director Martin Kornbek, “I love Jaime’s uncanny ability to mix and mismatch every design parameter into one holistic table that would welcome any coffee cup or cosy conversation.”
